6 months of DLM coaching progress report
Halfway through the program and it's working for me! I've closed 10 new clients in these 6 months. 8 of those were closed in the past 10 weeks after a 12 week slump of 0 sales. If I've reached a tipping point where I can continue to close a new client nearly every week, my client base is going to grow exponentially in the coming years. Which is exactly what I came for. Landed My First Ever Paid Clients!
After two and a half months of outreach and 400 artists in my CRM, today I landed not one, but TWO clients on full rates! Finally got the ball rolling! Huge thank you to @James and the guys on the outreach zooms for all the coaching. Couldn't have done it with out you guys! Let's Gooooo!!!

First Paid Client!
I'm so exited to share that I just got the first payment to produce a 3 song EP for a local artist. :) I found her on my first week of outreach, we have been in conversations and met a couple times during December and she just made the first payment to start this week. Very exciting!

Big Win To Start The Year
I started my Outbound work in December and booked a few calls for this month (holidays are a hectic time), but I just had my first call with an artist from overseas and landed my first production deal from outbounding. Starting with 1 song but they expressed the desire to have 5 - 6 releases this year, so we’ll see how our first track together goes and then look at signing them on for the rest!

Small but Big Wins
Hello everyone, I started doing out reach 2 weeks ago. and after the first week I got multiple leads, dozens of new followers and not one but 2 casual calls/ proof sessions/sale calls. Better late than never...
I'm a little late to the party on this one, but back in October I closed my first sale through outreach, and this week an artist I worked with on my portfolio tracks hired me to produce two songs! A huge thank you to @Daniel @Aaron @James @Donny @Kali @Pete for the framework, feedback, and coaching through the whole process - starting with creating a portfolio until now. New paid projects
Hey! After starting with outreach in April I’ve got a couple of 50/50 master split projects, but last month I got my first 2 paid projects. As the artists aren’t that skilled (bad voices and songwriting abilities ) I almost tried to talk them out of doing a project with me at the sales call 😅. But I’m still happy that they said yes, and it’s going to be a fun challenge to see to what level I can bring the songs. (Another small win: My kids song (in Norwegian) released in July has passed 50k Spotify streams 😆)

A Small Win
Last week I worked through the project planner tool in the outbound client acquisition section of the classroom. I went and updated my website and forms from "Get a Quote" to "Plan a Project" on Friday. I really thought nothing of it, as I have had essentially the same form up for the last 9 months, with literally no hits at all. Made my first sale on the initial sales call today!
Been struggling to close sales on the first call, I’d normally have to book a follow up call, mainly just a mental block. But I managed to close a producer for my mentorship program above my normal rate on the sales call today!

Hey friends Sorry I havnt been as active here. I’ve had a loss in the family (mother in law) so things took a back seat for a little while. However id like to share a win and keep things positive. An artist I contacted back in February hit me up to produce for her. This occurred in late August. Sometimes it takes a while for the sale to happen. I charged my highest rate ever and am very happy with the work I did. Looking forward to more wins going forward and new opportunities arising.
